Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in helping our customers as much as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the shipping process has already been initiated.

2. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once we have checked and confirmed the issue at our end. This should be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision.

3. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to them.

4. In case of any refunds approved by us, it will take 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
